Step No. 4
Entry in the Register of Associations and learned to graft court in whose jurisdiction is based.
Documents required for registration are:

- Statutes - three authentic copies.
- Proof of availability of the name.
- Evidence of association headquarters.

To set up a sports club should follow a number of steps:

Step # 1
Obtaining proof of availability of the name of the Ministry of Justice, No. 17 Apolodor Street, District 5, Department of Public Relations and cooperation with NGOs.
- Be submitted by mail or at the institution, an application accompanied by proof of payment of 5 lei. Fee is paid in no state budget. 20360150 - "Other income" by individuals authorized by the association, any unit of the State Treasury, regardless of domicile. In the name of sport structures to be found the phrase: sports club.
